Hope Brock, MSW is a provisionally licensed social worker who has worked with people as a therapist, coach, spiritual director, and trainer for more than 10 years. In addition to her education, Hope has significant experience working with individuals either individually or in groups to identify self-created limitations or stumbling blocks in order to create greater joy and ease in life.
In a safe and supported space, Hope integrates behavioral-based, psychodynamic therapy in conjunction with mindfulness practices such as breath work and meditation to find practical, concrete strategies to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. This framework can be used to treat an array of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
This combination allows Hope to utilize the most effective aspects of scientific, evidence-based approaches with intuitive and mindfulness modalities in order to provide the most comprehensive, rewarding, and healing experience.
