Morghan wolf, msw, ryt-200

My name is Morghan Wolf (she/her) — I hold a Master’s in Social Work with a focus on Community Health and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of mentorship and advocacy roles ranging from youth-centered social justice programs to resource coordination for school-aged girls in Kenya. Through these experiences I’ve come to find that, while we all experience difficulties or struggle in one way or another, we also have the innate ability to overcome and heal.

My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to tap into and cultivate your inner resources. I see therapy as a partnership, and your goals are at the forefront; your experiences and insights are vital in guiding this process. We will collaborate to find tools that help you enhance self-awareness, challenge limiting perceptions, and develop strategies to address concerns and celebrate your successes. I incorporate a variety of tools including grounding exercises, mindfulness, breath work, and movement to reduce stress and cultivate resilience in both mind and body.

This work is deeply personal and each of us find ourselves on different paths to healing and growth; I’m here to help wherever you are on yours.

When I’m not in the office, I’m typically spending time in nature either hiking or paddle boarding with my dog Arlo, practicing yoga, or working on DIY house projects with my husband.
