We all experience varying levels of anxiety from time to time, but when it starts to interfere with your daily life and your ability to find peace, it may be time to seek help. Whether you’re suffering from panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, unrelenting worries, or an incapacitating phobia, it’s important to know that you don’t have to live with debilitating anxiety and fear. Treatment can help, and for many anxiety problems, therapy is often the most effective option.

In therapy, our team utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches to help manage and/or dissipate symptoms of anxiety. We generally use a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness/body-centered approaches, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
