Liv DeHann
Healing doesn’t mean you have to do it on your own. I help adults find relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, emotional exhaustion, and the weight of past experiences. In our work together, we create space to slow down, process what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with your sense of balance and confidence.
I also help clients who want to understand and shift long-standing family patterns. When you start to see how stress and emotional habits have been passed down through generations, therapy can help you break those cycles and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I believe in the mind and body’s ability to heal itself. We work together so you can feel calm, clear, and more like yourself again.
My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, supported and know you are the one in control. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to finally take care of yourself the way you care for others, I’d be honored to support you.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cycling, and spending time with my family. Staying active and connected helps me stay present and grounded, just as I help my clients find ways to do the same.
